Blood clots and Warfarin help please

I wondered if it was possible to still get blood clots if you are taking Warfarin?

Yes it is. Warfarin reduces the risk of clots by increasing the time that blood takes to clot. So an INR of 2 means your blood takes twice the time to clot compared to an average person.

It doesn't eliminate clotting altogether, because that would probably kill you. It also doesn't thin the blood. Blood remains the same viscosity.
