MMR - does this mean no german measles?

Son had mmr a couple of years ago - stupid question but does this mean he will be immune to German Measles?

Why coudn't you go back after the 1st trimester Christie? I thought rubella wasn't dangerous after the first trimester (I know its not a good idea to have MMR when bfeeding a newborn- although not sure if that's "official")

I am sorry for your loss Christie
contracting rubella is risky up till week 17
the greatest risk falls up till week 13, when the risks of deformity are greater
between w 13 and 17 the risk is of deafness
however with threatened m/cadvice is pretty cautious as (ime) very few medics will commit themselves as to the causes of m/c
