I have a problem under my tongue; I need language/vocabulary to describe it

I am a tongue ignoramus; I know nothing about them

But underneath there is a join-y bit & either side a lumpy bit

One of my lumpy bits has an ulcer the size of a ....oh hell I don't know maybe 6mm across

You see? I need vocabulary

Most of that has dairy so I'll stick with the LMP as I'm not supposed to eat it

It is a blockage in m salivary gland - but probably not a stone

Whoever suggested sucking a lemon has got the treatment spot on (apparently)
