Hi,
That's dreadful news and, even though it's not 'new', you must be feeling pretty shocked. I'm so sorry.
I've had pretty much the full complement of prolapses, including uterine and bladder, after I had DD almost 2.5 years ago.
The first thing I would say is get a second opinion. A third even. Surgeons have different preferences for the way they operate and have preferred procedures that they like to do. So whilst one surgeon may say that hysterectomy is the only thing they would recommend, others may take a different approach. Kind of along the same lines some surgeons adopt a 'one size fits all' approach, whilst others are inclined to think more creatively and holistically, taking into account things like age and lifestyle (i.e. you might want to use your uterus again!) to provide a solution that it right for you, as an individual.
It's also not the case that no surgical repairs can be done until you have completed your family. Yes, it would mean ELCS as VB would be a definite no-no. And you may run the risk of a repair failing partially and you needing another procedure afterwards. But, it all depends on the individual case. In my case I was so physically and psychologically messed up that I couldn't wait until I had had another child before having the surgery. If I could have waited and had another child I probably would have. But due to my age (41), realistically I would only be thinking of 1 more child and only giving it a couple of TTC before throwing in the towel. This is a very different scenario to someone in her early 20s.
I really, really cannot recommend enough that you get at least one more opinion. It's fine to say, wait. But you have to live with this and with the symptoms, and an untreated prolapse may very well worsen as time goes on. I don't think you can make a truly informed decision about what you want to do until you can have a conversation with someone who is (a) prepared to conserve your uterus (I think this is really important!), and (b) give you the option of surgical repair before completing your family. You may then decide to go with the original surgeon and her recommended treatment. But you will have heard other opinions and will be able to weigh up the risks and benefits properly.

Lots of lovely women here who have had experience of all sorts of things. If you have a look towards the end of the first thread, there's someone there who posted a similar question about having more kids pre or post repair.
