Sebahorric wart thing on boob. Removal.

It's like a large mole really. Thought was dodgy. No dr said last year: it's a barnacle of old age. Thanks a bloody lot.

Anyway. It's on the right side of my boob. He said at the time I could get it removed and now I think I want to. How would they do it though ?

I had one taken off my back last year and have another to come off, just under my boob. They injected local anaesthetic, and chopped it out. Took about 10 minutes. I am a big wimp, and it was fine.

I had one removed from under my left boob a few months ago. 2 GPs in our local practice had already told me what it was and said to leave it alone. But I asked a 3rd when I was seeing him about something else and he said he would cut it out for me. He injected local anaesthetic, put in a couple of stitches and that was it. Didn't feel a thing, but, to be honest, the scar is as noticeable as the sebbahorreic wart was. Hopefully it will fade. The GP also said that I could have scratched it off myself as it's all on the surface, though it would probably have come back. It is an old age thing - I notice I've got one or two more starting. Horrible itchy things.

They are itchy. Yes. Wonder what I should do then.

I've had mine for years ( I'm only 38, didn't realise they were an age thing)I had the back one removed only because it was where my bra strap rubs, and the one under my boob is the same, right in the underwiring. I have others which don't rub. So I'm leaving them alone.

Yes. I wonder. Didn't realize you could scratch them off
