Hmm It's happened a few times. Am sitting outside A&E in my car. Have started to calm down. Poor DH.... Have left him at home with babbas. Driving seems to calm me down.

I happen to be up.
Not sure how much help I can be, but can hand hold for a few minutes.

What has made you drive to A&e? I don't have panick attacks but often feel life is all getting too much and worry far too much about the future?

giraffesCantFlyLikeReindeer · 27/12/2012 03:56

how are you now?

Sorry my 3G playing up.

Witnessed my cuz die in October. We were very close like siblings really. Ever since then I've been a little off.
First anxiety attack was within days of his passing. He was only 44. Fit, non smoker, non drinker and a walker??? Massive unexplained heart attack. HmmHmmHmm
Am back home now. Anxiety gets worse at home. My mum is sleeping over and skid too both oblivious that I'm up. DH is just in the shower. Bless. He's very good.
Been to A&E car park and to see the lights in Oxford st and regents st?!
Having camomile now.

Thank goodness for friends in Australia. Always up for a chat in the middle of the night. Blush

On second cup of chamomile. Will try and sleep again after this. Only for an hour or so as I'll have to get the babies up.

Sounds like anxiety attack - totally understandable in the circumstances. Short term remedies I reccomend Kalms and rescue remedy. However if they continue its worth seeing your GP as you might benefit from anti-anxiety meds and maybe some counselling after what you've been through.

I know it sounds boring but try to eat and drink well, no caffeine, reduce sugar. Hope you feel better soon, your anxiety sounds totally understandable bearing in mind your recent loss.
