....looking like absolute crap just prior to being on the blob?? (sorry if this expression offends, but 'AF' makes me shudder)

Today, and for 3 days previous, I have had bad hair, really awful skin (coldsores, bumps that look like they're gonna be huge spots) and am feeling bloated obv. And I feel completely knackered.

My physical health really takes a complete downturn for a week every month.

Any tips for combatting any of this?

sounds just like me, I used to feel the same until I started taking vitamin B6 every day (50mg) plus omega fish oils. You need to take the B6 with a multivitamin too.

It is not a cure-all but I have felt SO much better in the last 6 months or so since I started the supplements. You need to give them about 3 months to work but I noticed a difference after a month.

Worth a try? :)

Also worth checking out is a book by marilyn glenville called "natural solutions to pms" - you can get it on amazon or I borrowed it from the library, it has some good tips...

acupuncture

have had 7 sessions to sort out my immune system, anaemia, general run-downedness

side effect has been no bloating and very minimal emotional bursts
