Thanks for confirming the 16 hour window issue - that's exactly what I thought so am consciously trying to leave this gap of time.
The hunger waves are tough at times; I just remind myself of the short number of hours left until I can eat again. I too eat 400 in food and 100 in milk - have to resort to black coffees when the milk allowance runs out. I do seem to be using coffee to suppress my eating which isn't probably the best way forward.
Am going to try and get some more info about nutrition recommendations of how to use the 500 calories on fast days. Will share any info I find.
My weigh day tomorrow - hoping for 1lbs loss.......fingers crossed........
