Hello
In order to punish me for a hereto unkown wrongdoing in my former life, ds2 2.5yrs is the fussiest eater I have ever come across. He will eat no, meat, no fish, no cheese, no legumes - no object/item of protein- And, yes I have tried every form of concealment, cajoling and crying. He is too canny and stubborn.
In fact he eats very few made dishes, American style pancakes and icecream being the ones I can be certain he will eat daily. Both of those I make at home packing them with eggs and milk and the pancakes with brown rice flour and polenta meal and topping them with nutella.
However I measured both kids yesterday and ds2 has not grown more than 1.5cm in three months and although he has seemingly boundless energy he is a bit pale.
Now I'm thinking I could sprinkle on this natural isolated soy protein which I bought in a powdered form into his pancake batter and his icecream custard. But the question is how much?
The pancake batter would last for 4 servings and the icecream mix makes 1 litre which I guess is about 10 serves.
And also I am worried about the sugar intake, does anyone know if I could add this powered soy protein to his milk bottle as well, adn how much of it per day would be the maximum dosage?
Anybody know?
TIA
