Sore lump in boob. Underside

Obv will go to doctor.
Started last night. Can def feel lump in underside of one breast. Is sore to touch.
Not feeding etc. on coil.

H suggested new sports bra might have left boob unsupported, inflammation etc

Any advice ?

DEf shingles but my fiddling has caused infection hence lump! Thank god though antibiotics! Good luck AM hope you get teh same good news.

HELLO! Yes all fine.
I went abd had a mammogram. Anyone who says theyre painful has never had one on an inflamed cyst. Ouch. Tear prickingly sore. I had a little son before through nerves. Staff obv lovely.
Then ultrasound. Then another mammogram to check st. Then funny consultant who poked me, laughed at my clenched fist as it hurt. I said "that's ready to punch you ";). She drained it. A few ml of murky lager. Ew.
Them all clear.
From now on I will check boobs.

Sob. I didn't give birth there.

What causes a cyst?

Hormones mainly to blame for cysts - just as in PCOS. Age mebbe makes adds a bit.

lol @ menopause. I nearly fainted week before last when i found a grey hair. I've found 11 since. YES I'm keeping a count of the fuckers.
