Stabbing pain up rectum and vagina

Does anyone know what this could be, I was doubled in two this morning in pain, I've never had it before,
I couldn't sit down as the pain was awful,
I've pain in the lower abdomin and lower back,
Pain just above my pubic area, which is tender when touched,
I've stabbing shooting pain up through my vagina and my rectum,
I was dizzy and felt I was going to pass out, when I tried to do the toilet,
It's hurt to go to the toilet and I had to squeeze to pee,as if I was passing a stool.
I've had a kidney infection which I was on an antibiotic for,
I've a constant pressure feeling above my pubic area,
It's settled down but it's still sore to sit on my bum and the pressure feeling is still there,
Can anyone help??

Oh yes, that could be it. I got it yesterday and I should have been ovulating. I’ve also had it when I’ve had my period, so perhaps it’s something to do with that.

Hello. Wo der if you are sorted now? When I was in my 40s had similar symptoms. My doctor eventually sent me for laparoscopy - turned out I had endometriosis!!

Hi guys, I have same sharp deep pain right the bottom of my bum/ rectum, I also feel very bloated and feel so full even by drinking water. Very constipated. Can’t sit or go to toilet.
Want to go to toilet and trying to do a big toilet bit nothing happens, also lower abdominal pain. Feeling dizzy and fatigue.

Could someone help me if anyone been through this?
