Would anyone care to diagnose me?

I am feeling pants but I don't want to go to the doctor if it's nothing really.

So here is the story, I will be graphic in the hopes that it helps with the Mumsnet Diagnosis (TM). Hope no one is eating.

Since Tuesday I have had kind of a stabby pain in my right side of my tummy. It is between my belly button and hip.
It's sort of constant. Never dreadful enough to take my breath away just freaking annoying. It does not hurt when I press it. It's just the same if I am standing up, sitting down, moving or not moving. It is also a bit randomly going down my groin and thigh sometimes.

Last night it got v bad and then I had a LOAD of diarrhoea.

This morning I had the diarrhoea again. I also was v v dizzy with spots in front of my eyes and couldn't really get my breath. There was sweat pouring off me. I was alone in a hotel in Paris and had to fly back at midday so I took two Immodium, paracetamol and nurofen and got home.

Now I am in bed and feeling ok-ish. Pain is still there but not horrendous and tummy is very rumbly.

Do you think it was just a mild food poisoning thing? Or some type of bug? I am hoping it's none of the following: appendix, ovary, fallopian tube! My plan is to stay in bed and see how I am tomorrow.

What do you reckon laydees

I thought appendix felt better when you pressed on it, and hurt when you released.

OP - you need to get it checked out.

update & TMI alert
Was exhausted last night and fell asleep with the lights on. At 2 I woke and the pain was excruciating. Stabbing. So I thought Oh my god this is it, I do have appendicitis or ectopic pregnancy and I have to dial 999.
Hobbled to the loo and then out came the worlds biggest fart. (Sorry but I did say there was going to be TMI). Every time I moved to get off the loo, more wind came out. It was unbelievable.
Then...relief. Total relief. No pain at all.
went back to bed and have just woken up feeling fine. So I think it was trapped wind.
I am quite relieved but also feeling a bit silly. Thank you all for your concern
& advice though!

that was SOME fart!

glad you are feeling better, I was going to plump for a twisted ovary as diagnosis.
