I am fed up with constantly being cold? Anyone else seriously cold blooded and could share coping strategies?

I've just had to put the heating on again. I'm wearing jeans, socks ugg boot type slippers, a tshirt and a fleecy too and I have goose pimples and am shivering.

Is anyone else constantly cold to the point your muscles actually stiffen up and you feel like you cannot move?

I'm so fed up with being the only one wearing a jacket when everyone else is in tshirts. I sleep with a normal king sized duvet and a single one over my side of the bed. Most nights if I'm watching tv I'm under a duvet as well.

DP is always warm hence loads of arguments about having the heating on. I'm fed up shivering all the time.

I feel it in my hands.
Even on a warm sunny day, I feel cold in the house if I'm in a room away from the sun.
Thank goodness we can afford the heati g on as and when.

I'm a strange mix - at home I'm often too hot, especially when I'm active.

But at work (in a large open plan office) I sit in a draughty spot. All around me are hot-blooded menopausal hot-flushy women who love to have windows open and fans going full blast.

It's physically painful to me and I'm always cold there. So I wear thick socks, vests, long sleeved t shirts and a couple of cardigans. I also have a hot water bottle under my feet or on my knees. Scarves help with the draughts too. I was given a little heater for my feet but as soon as I switch it on, my colleague turns on her fan under the desk because she has big fat sweaty feet she's too hot...

Roll on summer when I can wear normal clothes to work.

I think for me the worst thing to eat is yoghurt, best thing is soup!

I am always cold and it is particularly bad at the moment. My hands are either blue or purple with really dry skin and look as though they belong to a corpse. Only yesterday someone commented on them. It's also quite embarrassing to shake hands with someone because mine are seriously freezing always.

I have very low blood pressure and poor circulation. Recently I have been doing very little exercise and spending a lot of time in front of the computer and this has made things worse. I am going to make a real effort to get to the gym and get the blood moving around me a bit.

I find it very debilitating to be cold all the time and am just longing for the warmer weather.
