Gynae question I 'm afraid;

This is the second month that I've had pain from my right ovary during ovulation. Usually, despite the heaviness, I am blessed with pain-free periods so any kind of twinge sets the alarm bells ringing.

How painful do things gynae have to get before you get worried?
Does anyone else get gip from their ovary like this?

thanks

Nothing to worry about, I suspect, SW. A lot of women are 'aware' of ovulation. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Ive had this since my teens. It lasts about 2 or 3 days on and off, culminating in a sudden very sharp pain and then nothing at all.

Was v helpful in working out when i was most likely to conceive though .

would say if you had anything other than pain with it or if the pain didnt go then get checked out.

that's the extact way to describe it VVV

I just fret it may be some kind of bolt from a surgical instrument they left in there. During my last EMCS I made the mistake of asking the aneathsatist, Dr Dick, what they were doing now. 'They've got your womb out and are passing it around' was the answer.

Ah, you must mean bubble

bubble99 · 01/02/2006 23:58

Butter bean and vegetable bake.

We had a lamb and lentil shepherd's pie today which seemed to go down well. Windy ....but well.

Nice

do the kids actually eat it? (I have two extremely fussy eaters, we have only just got the older one into fishcakes, homemade and shaped like fish, well only in a very rudimentary fashion.

Peer pressure is a powerful thing.

If the 'top dogs' eat it, the others will.

Luckily our 3/4 year olds like pulses etc.

And now, SW, as you prepare for your day, I'm off to bed.

Have a good day. See you later.

I'll be after you for some more recipes soon.
