I bought some today in Aldi because it was only £3.99, & I saw it in Tesco for £9.99 last week, so I couldn't resist

But now I've got it I have no idea what to do with it Confused

Do you just eat it? Or what?

I had it twice a day everyday to help me fall pregnant after 20 months of trying I did fall pregnant on the first month I used the manuka honey but who knows if it helped or not but I was willing to try anything. Still have half a jar so dh had it I his normal hot toddy cure for a cold and he did get better amazingly quickly. I think for it to make a difference it has to be the strong stuff. Think mine was 25+ and was stupidly expensive from the health food shop

oh Rat, thanks for the update, I was about to drop Grin

glad to hear it's much better (nobody ever really knows whether what they did helped or if it would have happened anyway, do they? Confused - but much paler underneath sounds very impressive!)

Will def try it in yogurt, I often get Greek-style & put demerara in that so prob not much different (except for the crunch)
