Cyst. Lance, squeeze using pliers, or ignore?

I've had it for about 10 years at least, it was as big as a grain of rice and use to regularly produce a stinky worm of filth, but for the last few years it's blocked totally and is now as big as a chickpea. It seems to have grown a kind of point, which when I squeeze it, feels like the tip of a pencil poking through the skin. It's not sore unless I mess with it, but I'm consumed with curiosity about what might be in there! I've squeezed with my fingers and it's just under the surface but won't go!!!

Look up hydranitus it cysts affecting sweat glands. Sweat glands are all over the body sometimes if you try and squeeze you will get a cheese substance coming out. It not a nice condition. But I will recommend avoiding the surgery option if you can. Sorry hi, putting my penny worth in

Sebaceous cysts can be quite solid and filled with a dense cheese like material. If it's that hard, then really you could do with a professional taking a look at it rather than the DIY surgery route, honestly.

I had a sebaceous cyst on my head and had to have it surgically cut out. Doctor wouldn't let me play with it afterwards.
