Anyone else feel a bit knackered?

Hello. I am 44 have had 5 dcs over a period of 27yrs (2 marriages) the youngest is 1 and sleeps all night but wakes at 6am. I work part time as a sw.My other dd is 10 and does a few after school activities whic we ferry her to and from.Dh works shifts and is a great help when hes here,does lots of the childcare gets up early with baby,does school run etc.
I am permanently knackered.I feel as if i plod everywhere with no spring in my step,i get grumpy and moody easily and feel very disatified with life tho i have no reason to. I have a lot of aches and pains as well,noithing serious just hips and back.I am struggling to get the extra 2 stone off from having the baby but im not massively overweight so could it be that? I just feel old and tired and miserable.What shall i do??Not sure what to say to a Dr or if its worth it.

I'm same age with 4 DC eldest 17 youngest 7. I work 30 hours a week in the health and fitness industry (so people assume I am healthy and fit.....wrong)
I feel very tired, but don't have a baby, but all 4 kids live at home. I have always worked,didn't take any maternity leave, am freelance so if I don't work...no money.My Dh works full time, leaves house at 7am home around 8.30pm. I do all childcare, housework etc. Being knackerd is a sign of the times I think, lots of people feel the same. I also think at 44 we are expected to be all things to all people, I have a disabled mother an elderly father that I help to care for, have to be professional in my work place, be super mummy, a friend and neighbour. I think if I get asked once more by any of the schools to do something I am likely to hit someone. (All 4 kids at different schools)
I feel quite hormonal too....have to be honest can't wait for the menopause as I am fed up with all the hormonal ups and downs. On the whole I am happy with my lot, and am more fortunate than many, but Soooooo tired! I would love to think I could retire from work in 10 years or so, but I have no pension, so I guess that's out the window. I wish I had an answer for you, but I haven,t. I just wanted to empathise really. (sorry to go on)
