Breast reduction - any stories/advice?

I suppose the title says it all. I am booked in to have a reduction in two weeks time!!!! Been planning one for about ten years but have waited until having my two DSs before going ahead. Beginning to feel the nerves and wondered if anyone had been through it and had any advice.

also if anyone is thinking about the same thing I would be happy to share what I go through.

Thanks

Really pleased it went so well for you! How was it when they took the drains out? Would love to have mine "uplifted" but not sure how to find a good surgeon.

Any update Mrs B? How are you getting on? Stories from anyone else? I've been fence sitting on this for the best part of 15 years and I'm getting splinters in my bum!

Hi, I had breast surgery back in June, and it went very well, only problem I've had post op infections and wound hasn't healed very well. It did begin to heal after an infection, but it's got worse again.

Just wondered how everything went for you and if anyone had any recommendations for plastic surgeons in UK for breast reductions?

Hi, I know this was a few years ago but I was offered a breast reduction on the NHS last year but fell pregnant so I am going through the process again. They told me they take 500g out of each breast so cannot guarantee the size after. Was this the case for all of you too? Thank you
