Want to perk my health up a bit

I thought I would ask you all for suggestions as to how to perk myself up a bit in health terms. I am just run down, I think. I feel knackered a lot of the time, have thrush, cystitis, mouth ulcers, dry eyes, get nosebleeds a lot and my nose is sore on the inside, stiff shoulder, and stiff neck. I am doing yoga, and I have just started taking zinc, taking vitamin D, and I have just used lavender oil and Canesten on the thrush, and taken some Boots cystitis remedy. However I would welcome general support and advice as to what else I might do as I am a bit fed up of feeling like this. Ta.

oh poor you Sad

just some ideas maybe...

probiotic taken daily to give you good gut bacteria
cut out refined carbs and sugar & increase fruit, veg and lean protein.
exercise- can you manage a 30 min quick walk daily?
massage maybe for yor neck? get a properly qual. massage therapist not a beautician.
put aside an hour for yourself every day to chill- read, bit of personal grooming, listen to music?

sounds like you need to relax and feed your soul a bit .

I hadn't thought of a probiotic. That would seem sensible. I have not been great about getting myself outside (I've got a disability and my Blue Badge seems to be taking an age to renew, which means I am home a lot more) but I could certainly do a little bit more. And I like the idea of the personal grooming time. Thank you.

If you can afford it, I'd suggest a few sessions of acupuncture. If you are in/near London and want a recommendation for a practitioner, please shout and I'll happily give you details.
Hope you feel better soon.

That's also a good idea but I am very short of money at the moment, so I will have to pass on the acupuncture, sadly.

I just wanted to say that I have tried all the main things you all suggested, and I am feeling a lot better - more fruit and veg, zinc and vitamin D supplements, more walking, loose fitting trousers and I was treated to two spa days. It's made a big difference. Thanks for all your support.
