I have a condition which, if not well controlled, can cause low blood sugars, as well as other symptoms. Over the last few weeks, i've had a number of occasions when I've suddenly become extremely tired, falling over and stumbling, feeling very confused, sick and generally a bit 'detached'. The lowest blood sugar i've ever had measured was 2.7 - but then was when I was in hospital for something else. I don't have a meter or anything myself, but eating has always brought me 'back' (that's the only way to describe it).
Do these sound like they could be symptoms of low blood sugar? If they were, and assuming my levels are going no lower, would you anticipate problems at 2.7-ish, or is that still not low enough to cause problems?
Thanks
