Hi all, since having my DC2 and my periods returned my PMT has been a nightmare. I get really angry, depressed, anxious and that's for about 2 weeks, then i have my period for about a 1week. My actual period is a bit of relief to be honest. I feel like a different woman and feel that everything is ok again. The week before my period I feel so tense and emotional and every day i have cramps and i always think it has arrived when i go to the toilet but it's not. They are always bang on time.
What I need to find something that will relieve my PMT - is evening primrose still recommended and does it take ages to work? is there anything else that i can take?
MY DH has had enough of having the "real me" for a week a month. And I don't blame him.
Help please!!!!!
