Think most diets you do are always hard in the first week or two, then you after a bit it becomes second nature and you will bore everyone with your knowledge of points and syns!!!
I found on SW I could eat more, but also found you had to be able to think up some good recipes and cook from fresh otherwise I had the same day in day out
WW was a lot more convenient, as you could just pop a meal in the micro and Tesco now have their Healthy Living range with WW points on the packaging.
Only thing with WW is that if you don't have much to lose you get quite a low amount of points (unless you do the newer diet were you don't count points))
They are both good and both worked really well for me
If you want the convenience go for WW, but if you like to eat lots and you have the time to cook, go for SW.
As I said, both diets are easy after the first week when you know what you are doing. I don't think any is particularly harder, it's just getting used to them
Hey.........I should become a leader, wouldn't be a very good example though
