Hi,
for about 2 weeks I have pain in my feet (both but not necessarily at the same time).
It is crippling, I do have to walk like an old lady and limp, and it is SLOW.
I didn't break anything, no injury Confused.
I thought it could one pair of shoes but I stop wearing them and it is still there way after a week.
It feel like bruising afterward. The pain irradiates to the ankle and tonight to the calf. It is a sharp pain "inside" where the toes meet the bones of the foot in the middle (i.e. weight bearing so I can't avoid it).
Not sure if it is muscular, displacement or trapped nerves, but it is really painful.
It also comes and goes.
I am Confused wether to see a doc. or not (which one, no GP here), anybody has an idea?
TIA

I can't rest my feet are my mode of transportation and I am alone with 2 DDs.

Is the pain worse when you first get up? It could be plantar fasciitis

Whatever it is, you're best seeing a dr, especially as you rely on your feet

Thanks,
it is not worse in the morning, it gets worse randomly when I walk during the day and the pain is not in the heel but where you tiptoe (has it got a name?)
I am not sure what kind of doc. to see either? Shall I just see a nurse and see what she advises?

could it be Norton's neuroma or metatarsalgia?

a physio may be able to advise too...

Good idea little I will see a physio first.
It does sounds like metatarsalgia, but why? (thanks)
I hope it doesn't mean it will get worse either.
