Thrush tablets - buy online?

Why am I buying thrush tablets from Boots every few months (recurrent problem) at £10 a shot when I see them online (eg Amazon) for a fraction of the price? Are they the same thing? I've never bought anything medical online and am strangely suspicious - am I being ridiculous?

Lots of independants chemists will stock a generic version - ie a 150mg flucanazole tablet for around £5 approx. I probably wouldn't get from Amazon myself but you can easily get it cheaper on the high street.

I have always found Boots' own brand staff to be only a few pennies cheaper than branded and rather ££ all round, I only go for Clinique Bonus Time and 3 for 2 vitamins

If you get it often it might be worth an appt with GP just to check it's definitely thrush only, and no underlying cause like raised blood sugars that than make you more prone to it?

I bought some at a Morrisons with a pharmacy last time I needed it, was only about £4.50 or thereabouts. Was surprised too, had been getting ripped off in Boots until now as well....

Tesco do their own brand for around a fiver. I bought a tablet from Sainsburys a few weeks ago and it cost something random like £2.22!! I was amazed!

postage is a couple of pound but they pretty quick getting it sent out. You are limited to buying 3 at a time, but if you explain that you have script from the dr for you, they let you buy extras
