Hep B at 8 weeks or not?

I have the choice between a 5 in 1 vaccine or a 6 in 1 which includes Hepatis B and I'm undecided about which to choose.

Pros? Cons?

I can delay Hep B until 6 monthsish but then that's an extra injection..

how necessary is Hep B? that is the one injection I refused for my dd (we were livign in Africa at the time) - the nurse went ahead and did it anyway (thought my objections were down to "not wanting to hurt her" - which woudl be why I allowed the other jabs Hmm)

I would research it all carefully. hep B not a huge priority, imo, given how unlikely it would be for a baby to contract.

We're practically Africa, as in it's our nearest landmass. I asked the paed and aparently it's minimal risk of contraction - only if blood products are needed after, say, a car crash. But the risk of a crash is higher than if we were in the UK.

It's not an extra jab and I have the prescription for the 5 but wondering if I'm being irrational not wanting the 6.

do you have health insurance?

blood products are all screened for hep b now, allegedly.

dh, dd and I all have the same blood group, and we banked blood for our own use if it ever became necessary - woudl this be an option for you? (not just to avoid the hep b jab, but in general)
