I used to use the Haliborange twist off capsules and squeeze them into DD1's yoghurt drinks, and DD2s milk, but they are no longer being manufactured. Does anyone know of anything I could give them instead?

I use flaxseed oil and dont know is it is suitable for small people!! Neither did the lady in the local health food shop.

My sprouted flax powder from linusit says not for babies under 12 months.
I have a feeling that the oil from them has the same advice.
But I used to put flax oil in daughter's porridge when she was weaned from about 8 months. I think there is a small risk of allergy.
Started putting flax powder in her smoothie at about 18 months, She's never been constipated Grin
Also keep the oil in the fridge and use within 6 weeks as it can go off and don't heat as that destroys it.

thanks, I'll ask about it at the HFS. DD is 16mo so powder might be good.

Think there's more omega 3 in the oil, but loads of good stuff in the sprouted powder.....
