Ringworm Laundry

Does anyone have definitive advice on decontaminating clothes which can't go above 40 degrees ?

Have asked google, but every site has differing advice, all suggestive and not definitive.

I do not intend to dry clean everything! Though I'm sure that would be effective.

Don't know for sure, but tea tree is anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-septic, anti-parasitic, antibiotic - anti-most things! Maybe add that to the wash somehow? I guess the trick would be how to get it to disperse properly in the wash - maybe vodka or something alcoholic? Or spray it on when ironing.
Borax is a fungicide here & can be used in laundry.
Anyway hope someone comes along with a real answer for you cumfy.

Fungal infections are v often opportunist, ie they stick around on people with low immunity and a lot of people are Zn deficient either through malabsorption or lack of it in diet.

Never mind the laundry, you could try a Zn supplement for people - do read up on it and you might be surprised :)
