very common place for eczema. an allerhic reaction? i get it there sometimes, have to be careful what products i use. try to keep clean and moisturise lots, see doc if no better, i ended up using steroid as got really bad, but best avoided.

Oh CIMC - I am having the same kind of problem.

A couple of months ago the "crease" on my right eyelid became red, dry and flaky. I put a little bit of my normal moisturiser on it but didn't really help. Then I noticed it on my other eyelid, although not as bad. One day I woke up to find my right eye quite swollen where I must have been stratching it in the night. I went to the dr's and they said it may be a delayed re-action to hayfever eyedrops I had been using in the summer months, told me to use hydrocortizone 1% cream for one week only.

I did this but as soon as I stopped it came back, so went back again to the dr's. This time I was told to go back on the cream and then once cleared use Aqueous.

However (sorry this is so long - but you did ask Wink) a few days later I noticed it starting to get red, sore and dry under my right eye, also behind my ears started itching and looking sore - I really started to worry about it then and booked yet another appointment, now I am being referred to an eye clinic and the dr thinks it is Blepharitis - I am still waiting for my appointment to come through.

Sorry, can't give any help, just joining you in a moan - but try the hydrocortizone cream, just don't tell the chemist you are going to use it on your face.
