MMR Single Vaccines South London

Hi, I know this has been a topic before (back in May), but does anyone know any clinics in SW London offering single vaccines for MMR? I live in Streatham and working full time makes it difficult for me to go to Harley St clinics which are about all I can find on google.
Many thanks

Bumping as I live near you and also want to find somewhere local.

www.JABS.org.uk should have a list of single vaccine clinics.

Thanks P...
I ended up going to the Childrens Immunisation Centre on Harley St. They seems really good and it's £50 reg fee and £95 per jab. teh only thing I don;t like abotu them is that their booknig line is 30p/min!! and there is no other way to book.
One of my main reasons for wanting a local place was the travel/time off work issue. the Harley St place does saturday appointments so that worked out well.
Ladylush - hope you find something on jabs.co.uk
thanks x

as far as I know the single mumps vaccination is still not available in the UK and hasn't been for a couple of years now. I know people who travel to France to get it but that seems a bit OTT IMO. Having said that I had separate vaxes for both my dds and at that time they were all available. I went to the Brakespere hospital in Hemel Hempsted and they were excellent.

you're right about the mumps one. the clinic i went to said they expect it to be available here around feb next year though. am i right to think it's not essential for girls and is more important for boys?
ladylush - had a look on jabs and the nearest to us is in croydon. i would recommend the harley st one though due to sat appintments and also it's a bit cheaper.
you can get the C2 bus to regents park tube from victoria station, then it's just a few mins walk to clinic at 139 harley st. and then you can have lunch/go shopping afterwards!

"am i right to think it's not essential for girls and is more important for boys?"

Although boys benefit more it is recommended that girls get vaccinated as well.

Although I had understood that Merck had stopped production of the single Mumps vaccine MUMPSVAX (I'm not shouting, that's how it's written).

So there may be no option available.

Maybe someone else will be more sure on that point.

i am going to get the mumps one for dd - children's immunisation clinic say it will be available here in Q2 2011 via a new supplier.
