will crooked and gappy baby teeth mean problems later?

DD2 has 8 teeth and the bottom ones are very crooked, the top ones very gappy. is this likely to resolve itself once they all arrive, and shift around, or is it likely to mean problems later on? Her molars are on their way....

my dd had a massive gap on her top teeth, now she has lovely straight teeth, barely a gap and no visits to orthodontist!

So does my ds.he's just started school and the other boys are asking if he has a tooth missing. I've told him his big teeth will grow in lovely and straight, which I do believe. My dad had a gap however in his front teeth and was vet handsome all the same.

My DS's teeth have straightened up now, he's almost 4. For a long time the front lower teeth were wonky. I think his mouth was just too small.
