Is this an awful idea?

I have a horrid chest infection, it hurts to breathe, would it be really silly to have a puff or two on my sons salbutamol inhaler?

Am on amoxycillin but don't think there is any interaction between them.

Thanks

I have done it before. It really helped.

There's really no harm if you try it.

It won't stop it hurting, just make it easier if it's difficult. I get an asthma-y cough sometimes after a bad cold and often end up having a puff or two of DD's inhaler. But, like I say, it won't do anything about the pain.

Have you taken pain killers?

sockonmyhead · 06/09/2010 18:15

Yes am fully dosed up on pain killers, it doesn't hurt in a painful way it hurts because it's such hard work, that doesn't make much sense!

Have had a go of the inhaler and it feels a bit better, thank you for your replies
