Alternatives to milk

Never posted before so I hope this is in the right place.
This is for me - a healthy adult in their early twenties, not for a child.

Basically I'm a vegetarian, I do drink milk, but I'm looking for alternatives that will also contain things like Iron (which as a vegetarian is a bit more rare in the diet) or generally be more beneficial than milk.

I've tried Soya - but then read a whole load of stuff about how bad it is for you unless you're over 50 (apparently it has effects on hormones and can cause infertility).
Then I tried rice milk.. guess what.. also can be bad for you! Less so, but it does contain a larger quantity of arsenic than most things. They don't think it's actually enough to cause you harm, but it's made me uneasy about it.

I have found out about hemp milk, which has no dangers I can find out about and is apparently very good for you, containing Omega 3, Iron, Magnesium etc. But I can't find that, only hemp seeds. I can obviously blend these in drinks to make my own, but they're really expensive.

So.. finally, my question.. does anyone know of any other dairy type alternatives? I'm also looking for beneficial fruit juices. As I said at the beginning, this is just for me, not for a child, and it would only be an addition to a fairly healthy diet.
All advice welcome :)

Don't know whether this is still a current ad. here but seems to suggest you can get it in waitrose. Other than that, I guess a specialist health food store(one of the independent ones might be a better bet.)

There is also oat milk, which is reasonably palatable (don't know about the iron content etc. though.)

Also nut milks (almond or hazelnut) usually available in health food stores.

With regard to fruit/vegetable juices, you might be best juicing your own, or do you want ones that have added minerals/vits.?

Thanks for the reply :)
That hemp milk looks good, I haven't been able to find any but haven't tried in Waitrose, it's a bit out of my
price range area. I will have to look on their website, I'm considering ordering online from them (it's Ocado isn't it?) so I can check exactly what I'm spending!

I have also looked for almond or hazelnut milk but found that they're generally soya or rice milk flavoured with almonds or hazelnuts. I've bought some almonds and hazelnuts and going to attempt to make my own, but I think that would be expensive long-term. (Also seems lacking in flavour, so would probably need to add something to make it more appealing).

I tried some oat milk today and thought it was quite nice, but haven't been able to find much information about benefits on the internet. Reading the label never seems to give you a very good idea unless you know a lot about comparable products.

Fruit/Vegetable I am prepared to make my own, we do have a blender so I was thinking of making some smoothies, but was looking for some suggestions on good combinations.
