When does PVF become CFS? Any one else with PVF that is still exhausting 18 months on?

Hi! I am wondering what I can do to get well again. Any advise or tips would be lovely!! Grin
I had a virus followed by a very severe dose of pneumonia early last year which required a long hospital stay. To be honest I was struggling before that too and realise that trying to continue whilst ill was part of the reason I got so ill. I am still struggling to do basic things (like get upstairs, stand in queues, take my son to the park across the road). I am massively better than I was but still have to be very careful to pace myself. I have reduced my work commitments to the bare minimum (6 hours a week mostly sitting!!) but still need a good day or 2 to recover each week. My diet is good. I cannot exersize conventionally ( I used to be very fit), but have gradually increased my activities and the time I can stand or walk. I now have a lot less joint and muscle pain - I think because I am pacing better and building up very slowly!!
I really want to get well again but am wondering if this is possible. I have improved a lot this year after seeing a respiratory specialist privatly and getting my lungs working better)- so perhaps recovery is on its way!!

Bump.
Any others with longstanding PVF who have got better and what helped you?
