Have just found out that my manager at work is having investigations for this. He's worried about being less on the ball at work, forgetful, he's also on anti-ds for his low mood. He has told the the people that work for him, and our director. It's so sad - one of the kindest men I know. What worries me is that this might be stress-related - he is useless at delegating, he takes everything on as his worry. Any FYI email gets investigated in detail - he can't let it go.
And the company take it as read that he will do all this. He is taken for granted. I feel so angry for him. And guilty that we have all maybe contributed to this.
Can stress contribute to EOA? Could it be just stree-related and reversible?
