Anyone with Colitis or Crohns?

I've had ulcerative colitis for about 6 years which is largely under control with meds. What are people's experiences with UC/Crohns and pregnancy?
After having DS I had a massive relapse just over a year ago resulting in a month long hospital stay but after a course of infliximab things are much better. I know my flare up happened due to post pregnancy hormones leaving my body and also several hefty doses of anitibiotics for mastitis and a subsequent breast abscess but we are thinking about maybe trying for baby number 2 in the next year and am very anxious about the same thing happening again.
Consultant has booked me in for a colonoscopy now things have settled down but she has said there is a high chance of me flaring again post partum.
Has anyone got pregnant whilst on they're IBD drugs or not taken them but gone straight back on them after giving birth and not breast feeding?

I'd had the surgery for UC before falling pregnant, but I did take a drug for arthritis (which is also used for IBD) and had no problems. Slight flair up afterwards (of arthritis) but could be treated locally so didn't interfere with BF or anything. You could discuss a suitable prophylactic drug and steroid suppository foam for treating symptoms (you probably know the thing I mean) as that is only hitting the problem area and would be the equivalent to my having targeted shots. Talk to your specialist as well, and support nurse should be able to put your mind at rest (even if really bad flair up - will be worth it when you look back).

Consultant has suggested coming off Azathioprene 4 months before ttc and like you say treating any flare locally with foam enemas and then going straight back on meds after giving birth. However she thinks it is still likely that I will end up with a hospital admission with the flare up.
I know it's all worthwhile in the end but to knowingly put yourself and your family through it (dh was off work for 2 months to look after ds who was only 12 weeks) rather than be blissfully ignorant as I was last time is a different kettle of fish.
