Where are Labour getting the money from?

Why is this always trotted out about Labour but never about the Conservatives?

The Tories have loads of pie in the sky, gimmicky ideas but no one ever questions this.

Labour governments have traditionally been the ones who run out of other people's money. See the note that Liam Byrne - chief secretary to the Treasury under Gordon Brown - left for his successor.

It’s members and a few donors, I pay my monthly subscription and they try and ask for more donations throughout the year.

Not this again! It's been debunked a million times on here and still someone will wheel it out.

Anyway in case anyone wonders where the Tories get their money from...

This is endlessly repeated and yet the note it was modelled on - Chancellor Reginald Mauldling’s (Tory) note to James Callaghan (Labour). I don’t think the notes are in particularly good taste but to use it as the justification that the only party that can manage the economy is the tories, despite the past 14 years mismanagement, is a fig leaf at best
