How long does it take to receive a digital copy of an old will?

So I am feeling embarrassingly dense!

After many years of using the National Probate Index I decided to actually order a will for the first time. Signed up for a Gov.uk account, located a family will from 1898, all fine, have paid what I believe is £1.50 for a digital copy of said will and although I've received a receipt I can't seem find anything on the bloody website to tell me what happens next...

Could anyone enlighten me on when to expect it? (and reassure me that I did actually order a digital copy - £1.50 now seems too good to be true)

Log back into your account on the website and it will be showing as a digital download.

I did 2 recently and they were there immediately.

Up to a week or so in my experience. You log back in and click on orders (I think). They show as a list. It will say something like pending/in progress or click to download.

Ah, thank you! Was confused as nothing was showing, not even an option to see what (if anything) I'd ordered, but the options have appeared after logging out and in again.

Yes, it is a very clunky confusing system with very little user info.
Took about five days (inc weekend) for me to get a will that dated from 1969.
You should get a copy of your receipt first then they email back when the doc is ready to download.
