Dating a photo?

I wonder if anyone could help dating with dating this family photo? I know which branch it comes from, but an approximate date would be very helpful in pinpointing possible names.

I'm thinking that it might be the 1930's, maybe even 1920's, but could be later too.

No idea where that extra "dating" came from.

I'm thinking circa 1937 mainly due to the man's clothes being 20's in style but clearly not new. The woman's dress was probably handmade so you can't really go by that, but her shoes look like 20's, again not new.

By the clothes & hairstyle on the woman I’d guess 1928 - 32

I think 1925-35 too. Are there any clues on the back?

Looking at the clothes, I am guessing about 1932-33. I have photos of my granny and grandad dressed very similarly.

So sorry to not come back. It slipped down my threads and I totally forgot about it.

Nothing written on the back at all.

My brother has spoken to my aunt who is unwell, but can still see and mentally with it and she guessed it was her grandparents. That wasn't possible because the grandfather died in 1918 in the 1st World War and his wife then abandoned my grandmother to be bought up by her dead husband's family.

He then talked to my mum who has been blind most of her life and has dementia and she suggested it was her grandfather's half sister and her husband. I think my mum is right as the ages and possible date of the photo are about right.

The half sister was born in 1889, married in 1918 and died in 1976. Her husband was born in 1881. I think that looks right?

Thank you so much for all your replies.
