This depends on a few things.....
What format the files are in. If you bought them from the store then they will be in AAC (MP4) format. If you copied the tracks yourself then as a default on a PC they'll be in MP3 format and on a Mac they'll be in AAC (MP4) format, though the Mac can be changed to use MP3. If you right click on a track and select "Get Info" somewhere on the window that pops up you should be able to see.

MP3 is very widely supported and should work on just about all players.

AAC (MP4) is better but isn't as widely supported, though many gadgets will play them.

Another issue is if you bought them from the iTunes store a while ago, older tracks from the store were protected and will only play on iPods. That changes a couple of years ago and newer tunes should be able to play on anything.

Finally you won't be able to use iTunes to copy the music to the player. Depending on how the player uploads its music copying could be simple (drag straight out of iTunes) or a little bit more complicate (drag from iTunes to a folder and then somehow import into the player).

So, in short, it's possible but there are a few quirks along the way.
