Cool, thank you very much! I'll try Badgers' approach first and if it goes horribly terribly wrong I'll try Mranchovy's way. Will do it when I have plenty of time to sort out pickles!!

"I'm not sure what good leaving feedback for Mr Site would be."

I suspect the suggestion was as an alternative to having e-mail address shown on the site - ie for a feedback form to send visitor comments to e-mail without disclosing any e-mail address.

At some point in the past when MrSite came up, I pointed out a potential problem if one were to wish to develop/expand a website and move it away from MrSite, because whichever site I had seen before (not applicable this time round) the links included www.useraccount.mrsite.com in them, meaning that search engines would store references back to mrsite.com

Perhaps it was the most basic type of account at MrSite, but it was certainly something which would put me off recommending it (though quite understand, learning HTML or using some other application, might take longer and if one is after a speedy result to be able to 'go live' ASAP, then MrSite may serve a purpose - coding errors excepted, of course).

"MrSite may serve a purpose - coding errors excepted, of course"

I don't think that they serve any real useful purpose, I'm really quite annoyed with them.

I don't know anything about cars, I've got a stop pedal, a go pedal and one that somehow helps both.

So when I go to a garage I expect them to be honest, know what they're talking about and do a good job.

People turn to MrSite because they don't know anything about web sites.

However they clearly don't know what they're talking about, don't do a good job and given how "obvious" their "mistakes" are I can only conclude that they're not honest.

I'm sure someone who knows about cars would be as annoyed by a garage fitting cardboard wheels onto the cars of trusting but clueless customers.

It certainly worries me how much garages could get away with the moment I walk in through the door....
