This may sound strange, but I'm being hassled somewhat by a former work colleague via email. Nothing sinister, but I just wonder if there's a way of blocking his emails from reaching my inbox.

as it says here inthe 'help' section

...When you block a sender or domain, no e-mail or news message from that sender or domain will arrive in your Inbox or in the news messages you read. E-mail from blocked senders goes directly into your Delete folder.

just nother thought... as you are using BT email... if you logon to your email directly via internet explorer and not via Outlook you will have all the BT Email options available to you..

There is a definite tool in here to filter and block emails from unwanted sources.. the advantage here is that the sender will get a message back telling them to 'naff off'.. well it wont really say this but you get my drift
