Outlook won't open - Help????

I turned the computer on this morning & Outlook wouldn't open

I restarted & Outlook wouldn't open

I closed it & opened it & Outl?ook wouldn't open

I've started AVG........

What do I do next

My c prompt is now
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12

I did the next bit using out

Volume in drive C has no label
Volume serial number is C418-F5B1

Directory of C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12

OK so what happens if you now type:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Outlook.exe":

If that fails try:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Outlook"

Either one it tries to open & fails

Ah so you get the same error message appear as when you try and run it normally?

This is a good thing

Now try entering

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Outlook.exe" /resetnavpane

Quite literally as shown with the " at the start and end of the first part

You could even copy that and right click on the blue bar where it says "Command Prompt" and select Edit/Paste and then just press return.
