Tiny worms in compost

Just found some tiny (and I mean tiny - about 2mm long, about as wide as 2 human hairs) worms in my compost.

Any idea what they are? They're transparent and don't do much other than wriggle a little.

Are they good, bad?

After finding more they're actually about 7-8mm long and about 1mm wide - I'm crap at sizes!

Interesting little wriggler. Could be an immature worm. The ones often found in compost are brandling worms which are small, thin and red. Maybe its a baby of these.
