Compost bin for paved yard. Advice needed for novice.

I have a tiny, concrete back yard and would like to compost my the rubbish that I can.

My budget is minimal and so wonder if people had recommendations for the following criteria:

Small family
Small garden
Small budget

I am happy to make it myself.

Or has anyone used one of these?

Not used one of those but we do have a wormery. They come in different sizes, worms munch food waste and turn it into compost and the liquid you get in food for your plants etc.
V easy and no smell.

I have used a standard compost bin on concrete with good results. Don't know where the worms came from but come they did...Our council does good offers on compost bins so it may be worth checking your council website.

We did this and put in owrms that we found (not many)

It worked absolutly fine and we had lots of ocmpost.

I wouldn't recommend an ordinary compost bin on concrete as the base should be open toe the ground really, but a wormery or the one you linked to should be ok.
Dont want to be controversial, but is it really worth making your own compost if you have such a small garden, would you even be able to use it? Could you ask around and see if a neighbour/friend (perhaps with an allotment) could compost your rubbish instead?

Thanks all.

Pannacotta - good suggestion, mum lives close by and has an enormous garden, with several compost heaps. Perhaps she will trade me my rubbish for some veggies!`
