That’s a hydrangea! Love them!

Thank you @itwasyourshowallalong they we’re here when I moved in, every spring it’s a massive bush, so pretty.

Yes, hydrangea. They are really lovely but grow quite vigorously. There is also a blue variety which is absolutely stunning, but I'm sure you have to keep the soil ericacaious to achieve this. A gardening expert may correct me as I am a fairly new but very enthusiastic gardener presently!

I beleive they change colour depending on what is in the soil?

The dried heads make very lovely additions to wreaths for Autumn and Christmas as well as looking good in a bowl on the coffee table too OP! Your plant looks so pretty, it might need the odd bucket of water if we get very hot days though.

They are easy to propagate too if you wanted more of them in your garden

I can never get mine to come back the next year. (I tend to buy one and repot every year. They do fabulously well that first summer, but never really do much the next summer). Any tips?

They need to be in the ground, and even then will take several years to get going. Patience, my friend.😁

They like to be in the ground and in the shade. Morning sun only. Lots of water.
