Slip-on garden shoes

Can anyone suggest some shoes for my mum to pop out into the garden in? I'm looking for something she can slip on and off without having to do up, but that won't slip off her feet. They need to be substantial enough for her to potter about in the garden but don't need to be suitable for eg digging.

I've suggested Crocs but she wants something a bit more chic. She wears Birkenstock sandals in summer but they're not warm enough now.

Thank you!

How about some clog style Birkenstocks? You can get cosy lined ones.

slip on Skechers? Very comfortable too

Lidl have some gardening clogs on offer right now? Even cheaper if you have the lidl app.

Muck boots do a shoe style - very comfortable and warm and take a lot of abuse.

But any shoe style will be a bit of a hazard if you CBA to put them on properly and just slip your feet into them and stand on the backs.

I use slip on sketchers, make sure they deal with mud. I nearly broke a hip going over on some mud in knock off crocs.

Crocs are no good. The holes let in damp so your socks get wet.

Briers Garden Clogs, easy to slip on and off

I don’t know if they’d count as stylish exactly but I swear by the mule company. They’re a small family run business, amazing customer service, they arrive nicely hand wrapped and last for ages! We all mocked my mum when she bought them at a county show originally but then we all (my dad, brother and sister) found we put them on to go into the garden and now all of us, plus partners have a pair and use them.

You need Cloggies, usually available at garden centres. They are much lighter than Lidl garden clogs and last ages. Cost around a tenner.
