Perennials / annuals help please?

Hi gardening experts,
I've planted a lot of bare root perennials those spring, mainly euphorbia, salvia, liatris and lots of small shrubs... hopefully it's going to look lovely in 3 years 😬...
Please can anyone recommend something I can do to make it look good in next few months while I wait for my perennials to make themselves known? Some annuals that'll still leave space?
The space gets full sun and is quite dry, ground fairly clear.
I like pinks purples blues whites. No orange or yellow.
Thanks!

Cosmos grows abundantly and lasts all summer.

Thanks, from seed?

Cosmos is quite tall, if you want to fill under and between the perennials you might want to just pick up some bedding plants in a garden centre (or supermarket), begonias don't mind dry heat, but lots of things to choose from for a quick splash of colour.

Good question - I've never really thought about it before but most of my go-to annuals are hot colours! You can get dwarf sweet pea seeds which scramble on the ground rather than needing to climb. Sow ASAP. Cornflowers, gypsophilia, borage, and as Georgiana suggested, cosmos - cosmos needs to be sown indoors but all the rest could potentially sow direct if easier for you.

Nigella, geraniums and anthurium are good gap fillers.

That should be Antriniums

What about Erigeron daisies? They'd suit your garden's aspect, they're relatively low, pretty, and if they're happy they'll keep coming back: https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/32487/erigeron-karvinskianus/details

(Although even the RHS doesn't seem sure if they're annuals or not. Good luck.

Same colour scheme as me.
I have Hydrangea Annabelle, Star Jasmine, Verbena Bonarensis, English Lavender, Blue Spire/Russian Sage, Purple Sensation Alliums (literally just started coming into bloom this week).
Some in back garden, some in front.
A pretty arrangement when in bloom.
