What easy to grow winter vegetables should I plant in my raised beds?

Beginner gardener ( first year growing anything in my back garden).

I have 3 raised beds where I currently have tomatoes, cauliflowers, parsnips, spinach and beetroots. I also have radishes in a covered growing tray.

I am not sure what would be easy to grow outdoors for the autumn/winter as I have a few spaces in the trays left?

Suggestions most welcome!

Onions, garlic and broad beans - just put them in and watch them grow Good luck

You can get a cauliflower called All the Year Round which might start ok. It's really a bit late though unless your are deep south. The guardian gardening column always recommends winter salads like mizuna and mustard especially if you can cover them to start them off.

Have you any local garden centres for established veg seedlings?
