I've decided I would love a pond, please can you show me your DIY ponds and ponds bought really need some inspiration

@GerminateMyParsnips looks great. We have a cheap little solar pump that we might incorporate when we build our ‘proper’ pond. Our tiny one has had a big impact on wildlife too, it’s amazing how much a water source attracts and contributes to wildlife. Pond feels like a garden essential!

I just looked up pond liners. These people have a sale on, seem good value. I daren't buy one yet because not sure we are going to get the house with the bigger garden. 😐

Don't buy your liner til you have dug the hole! You have to do a bit of measuring and work out the size you need - width x length x depth. The company will work it out for you, but you need to be accurate, so be patient!
just come in from the garden watching several bats catching insects over the pond, lovely.
