That looks like the choisya we have in our garden, I agree it smells divine, we have a philadelphus that also smells similarly good

Mexican Orange/ Choisya as PP said. I have a few in my garden, all in flower now :)

They have a lovely fragrance don't they. You can cut stems and they will last very well in a vase so that you can enjoy the fragrance inside.

When I looked at one of these in a garden centre, the leaves were different, so that’s why I assumed it wasn’t that.

Maybe there are different types, not sure - but these pics are from one of mine - some leaves are in a sort of rosette arrangement and others more normal.

There are a few available: some with more narrow, spiky leaves, some with thick shiny dark leaves (my favourite / and I think the one you first posted) and some with golden leaves.

There’s more than one species of Choisya. This is Choisya ternata. There’s more than one variety.
